Actxa Wellness is an integrated wellness solutions company offering bespoke in-person workshops, team-bonding activities and webinars, and our app-delivered curriculum to provide data-driven health and wellness insights for the betterment of you and your team. Their LinkedIn page saw great growth after working with us however we knew that with Instagram still regarded as the leading social media platform, we had to bring more awareness of their brand and establish themselves as a thought leader in the industry. Social proof is very important and by being an established thought leader on Instagram who publishes content that resonates with the workforce, it will be easier for the Actxa Wellness team to educate their potential customers about why their services are important and why they’re the best service provider to work with.
As a B2B company offering employee engagement solutions, our client’s target market are HR professionals and hiring managers. Instead of stopping there, we delved deeper into the conversations and concerns of their client’s target market/circle of interest. The current content themes across all platforms at the moment revolve around workplace boundaries and corporate culture. We leveraged the heightened interest in these topics to establish Actxa Wellness as a thought leader in their industry.
Our key strategy was to listen to our client’s audience.
Months before revamping their Instagram strategy, we have been posting a lot of interesting, educational content. Even though we know that these topics were relevant to the audience, it wasn’t hitting the right notes. We then researched the type of posts that a typical working person would watch and engage with. We found that turning these critical HR topics into honest yet lighthearted Reel content resonated with them the most due to the ability of videos to reel people in.
In less than 30 days, the reel post on the right garnered over 500k reach and 10K+ followers (and growing!) because the post was constantly being reposted by different people in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and other countries. We were certain that, for organic social media to work, we needed to bank on shareable content to grow Actxa Wellness’ reach and audience which they did. Due to the post’s performance, we turned this idea into a series and started reinforcing why having employee engagement solutions in place is important.
